This week was super awesome. Elder Souza is gone 🥲. But we got a different roommate ELDER VIANA. Hes a really funny dude and hes really old on the mission so hes been giving me a bunch of tips.

My apartment is SOMEHOW STILL getting worked on. The dude didnt fully finish our mission home and started working on another one. I cannot comprehend why thats a good idea but theres paint buckets everywhere and clothing racks in random places. MY EYES ARE GOOD THOUGH.

This week was super fun. Especially general conference. Our zone was doing a district vs district challenge of who can bring the most people to church (watching general conference counts as a day at church), and the loser district got ice bucketed. WE RAN FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE of the people we were teaching, we basically watched no conference. Our dupla got 20 PEOPLE at church, and because of our efforts, our district will not be facing the ice bucket. zona guarapuava will be zona guarapuAGUAA 🌊🌊

We met a bunch of people who seem really interested, so im excited for this transfer. EVERYONES GETTING IN THE WATER. im really pumped for this transfer. PURE WORK. I also built a really big testimony of obedience. This last transfer, I was obedient, but not the MOST obedient. I took a few extra minutes to get to some things in our plan, but ive decided to be even stricter on myself about it. Get up at EXACTLY 6:30. Train at EXACTLY 7:00. And the blessings came. My eyes are better too. Hhmmmmm. This transfer is starting off really good too. We hit all our numbers this week. Obedient to the Lord is one of the best things you can be. Obey the commandments, and you WILL be blessed. I just have a little extra couple rules as a missionary.

HIGHS:

1. MY EYES ARE CURED

2. We marked a date for Rodolfo and Sulayne to get married. BOOMMM. SULAYNE WILL TAKE PART OF THE GOSPEL SOON

3. Played DND for the first time today

LOWS:

1. I couldnt watch GC 🫠. Ill watch it like right now though

2. Hot days, not too bad though

3. im out of money

GOALS (Im changing this up again):

OBEDIENCE 1. Follow the schedule EXACTLY. (Wake up on time, workout on time, eat on time, shower on time, plan on time, and study on time) 2. Follow the mission rules. (I havent really looked at them I just follow my intuition and what my comp says but ill study the White bible to know more)

FAITH 1. Read ALL the scriptures (2nd Nephi 12 Portuguese BOM) 2. Read more preach my gospel every day (splitting BOM and PMG into 30/30 minutes) 3. Pray ALWAYS (before eating, sleeping, leaving, after waking up, etc. Sometimes i forget.)

SKILLS 1. Learn Español (Im understanding the Cubans WAY better) 2. Learn to plan out a day (i plan days now, and Elder Wilson just modifies them) 3. Get better at first contacts (way way better this week and im leading a lot more and getting people more comfortable) 4. TALK TO MORE MEMBERS!! (Ive built a few better relationships and now that Elder Viana is here its way easier hes super friendly to other members)
