Hmmm whats the haps. AWESOME WEEK. Cant believe my first transfer is in the bag already.

My apartment is still getting worked on, its really weird to live in right now. Its extra cramped cause some rooms are being painted and all our stuff is in the living room. AND i still have eye disease 😡😡👿👿😡👿😾😾

THIS WEEK was so awesome with the work. We managed to put three people on date and one of them is very very interested in missionary work 👀. His name is Denis, he's 21 and he's the son of the Cubans we baptized. Last week I was so bummed out because it felt like all our efforts went to nothing. NOT TRUE. It was just delayed, and everything exploded this week. Super exciting.🕺The Lord blesses every kind of effort. And sometimes its really hard to have faith in that. I really really struggle to have faith sometimes, but all that matters is that I put one foot in front of the other again and again.

Today is P day but we're still working 🫡. An Elder who is leaving today, Elder Releford, and his comp ELDER PACHECO are getting their investigators married and then baptized. Its super impressive, because the wife is deaf and mute, so it was hard for them to communicate with her. Nonetheless, she passed her baptismal interview and is getting in the water today. Not our work but super impressive. Relefords a DOG. These dudes deserve all the glaze. 🐐🐐🐐

Also we have WhatsApp to use, and we can post stories on there. Theres an LDS whatsapp channel called Mais Fe and they post some videos on there. One day it was a video about how men only want one thing... not money, not power, and it cut to a couple outside the temple kissing. Really trunky. Elder Wilson posted that trunky vídeo, and more trunky vídeos, cause it was funny, and all the elders in the entire mission asked us for the vids and they posted them as well. Pretty funny it was like a trunky pandemic. And then we made a vídeo talking about how men only want BAPTISMS. Love it

HIGHS:

1. Met the Cubans fam that was so tuff both Rodolfos wife and their kid want to get baptized 🏊‍♂️

2. Los Cubanos complimented my spanish LETS GO

3. First transfer down, who knows how many to go 🧙‍♂️

LOWS:

1. Didnt sleep much and was extra tired but lowkey not that bad because JESUS CHRIST and GOD is on our side. I notice I can do a lot of things despite being absolutely spent.

2. MY EYES 🧌

3. Its summer now. Its getting hot and now all the BUGS are showing up. Ive got mosquito bites everywhere. Haha its funny i think i was doing a contact and got bit 5 times in like 30 seconds. Theres like this many mosquitos: 🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟

GOALS: 1. Learn Español (Im understanding the Cubans WAY better) 2. Learn to plan out a day (i plan days now, and Elder Wilson just modifies them) 3. Read ALL the scriptures (2nd Nephi Portuguese BOM) 4. Get better at first contacts (way way better this week and im leading a lot more and getting people more comfortable) - 5. Eat MORE pizza (im sorry it just destroys my money) 6. Read more preach my gospel every day (Read a decent amount in chapter 3) + 7. TALK TO MORE MEMBERS!! (Im shy right now, but soon i'll be a beast)
